I need to ''Thank You'' for all that you have taught me and helped me. Lately I have been asking myself what is my life purpose? Where is this journey taking me? I still don't have the answers, but I know I am on the right track, and if I pay attention--it will all come in time.

I have to tell you the physical changes I have noticed after my Reiki II class and my cleansing and extracting. My hair has been falling out in hand fulls...not like I am going bald, but I am almost thinking that it's time to find my natural color? I colored my hair soo many colors for sooooo many years. It doesn't seem to be thinning or anything, but I haven't shed this much since after each of my pregnancies, ironically.

I also noticed that my body, joints, and muscles feel energetic again. I used to feel stiff and like concrete. I felt like I was dying. I feel flexible and energetic now! I actually feel healing going on. My PMS is almost non existent, and I swear when I do Reiki in my sacral area, I can just feel the energy being sucked in there. It is so amazing.

I noticed my dreams have become more lucid again...I am slowly remembering more and more each night.

I also have noticed that my internal lite feels like it's growing brighter every day. I feel like I am able to make a decision and stick to it. I feel calmer, relaxed. I feel I re-awakened the gifts I was sent here with. Things feel more comfortable to me again. I am finding passion in the things that I used to love to do years ago, and stopped doing them for one reason or another. I have also taken up new hobbies which I find relaxing. One of them being Yoga. I like working out, but my personal motto has always been--I am built for comfort, not speed. I prefer non-cardio workouts. Just always have. I like biking, walking and those things but Yoga is very centering and rejuvenating for me so, it's what I have decided to do.

So Amy, Thank You for all that you do. Not just for me, for everyone. I can't even imagine where I would be if I had not had that first Reiki session with you. You really have helped me realize that it's okay to be me again.
